How fast will I receive my mixes?
The majority of requests are fulfilled within a speedy timeframe of two days or less. Nevertheless, it's important to note that more intricate or involved requests may require additional time for completion.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many mix requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Can a request contain more that one mix?
Absolutely. For example you could ask for the hero edit and all of its cutdowns 30/15/06s to be mixed using one request. Large amount of cutdowns and edits may have to broken down into request batches.
Who are the mixers?
Mix Market is a highly experienced team with over 20 years working in audio, music and commercials.
How does the pause feature work?
While you have no tasks to be done, instead of letting the days run out, you can pause your subscription. Example: You have 8 days left but nothing to work on yet, press the pause button when there is no task in the queue and continue when you're ready!
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional mix needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
What if I don't like the mixes?
We will keep working on it together, until you're entirely happy with it.
Are there any types of mixing you don't cover?
Currently we don't do 5.1/spatial/surround or long form audio such as podcasts, films, radio shows etc. We also don't do heavy from-the-ground-up sound design. However, we will tastefully replace sounds and add sfx when required, to ensure the mix sounds perfect.
